Aluminum Prototype
In order to meet Aluminum PROTOTYPE request in global market, 101 prototype has introduced 12 sets new CNC machines and set up new branchs in DongGuan city in 2010.The new machines are five times efficiency than the old one with tight tolerance. Meanwhile, SuNPe introduced 5 sets lathe, 12 sets milling machines, 3 sets EDM and 3 sets wire cut machines, which supported Aluminum PROTOTYPE machining greatly. We can machining different class Aluminum material in single block or welding as below :
Aluminum materials: AL6061(made in China), AL6061-T6 (made in USA), AL6082, AL5080, AL5083, AL2014 and etc..
